Refund & Cancellation Policy

Personalized Reports (B2C)

Since a Personalized Muhurat Report is generated specifically for you within minutes of payment, we do not offer refunds once a report has been successfully delivered.

If payment was successful but the report was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end, contact us within 7 days at support@findmymuhurat.com with your Report ID or payment reference, and we will either regenerate your report or issue a full refund.

Astrologer Partner Credits

Credit purchases are non-refundable once added to your account, since they can be used flexibly across Quick Checks, Hast Milan calculations, and Report Generation at any time.

If a Report Generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, the credits spent on that specific report are automatically refunded to your balance -- no request needed.

The one-time Partner Activation fee is non-refundable once your account is activated.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days.
